1. The whole production line is consists of decoiler, forming system, cutting device, composite system (pressing, gluing, heating, composite, crimping, slotting, smooth side, cut automatically), the whole process is controlled by computer to ensure the product quality.
We can make sandwich panel production line according to customers’ drawing or panel shape.
2. Raw materials for production requirements
1). Color steel plate ：
Color steel plate Thickness: 0.4—0.6mm；
Width: 1200 mm or 1250 mm；
Coil aperture: 600 mm；
Weight ≤5 mt, Epoxy Coating≥3 mt ；
Surface paint does not fall off by bending
2). EPS block: Expanded polystyrene
EPS density: 16-20kg/m3；
Non-Straightness of the edge ≤ 1 mm/m；
Radian ≤ 3 mm/m；
Socket plate: 1150±1mm；
H plate: 1200±1mm；
Single plate length＞5m；
Plate flat, Roughness＜1.5mm/m；
Should adopt flame retardant EPS, oxygen index higher than 30. EPS plate should be in accordance with GB10801
3). Glue:
Glue adopts PU, Bond strength＞10N/cm2
PU glue has A, B two groups:
A group: Appearance: Yellow, viscous, homogeneous liquid
Viscosity: ND 0.4-0.7PA
B group: Appearance: Yellow, Brown, homogeneous liquid
Viscosity: ND 0.3-0.6PA
A, B group proportion normally is: 1:1.5 (different factories will be different)
Glue should be free of impurities, foaming time 20-40 seconds in the inside temperature. Solidification time should be 50-70 seconds.
4. Cover plates：Thickness: 0.4-.8mm, Width: 50mm, thickness: 78/74/65/68mm.
